That, the said case is numbered as R.C.C. No. 2929 of 2019.

2) In view thereof, learned counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy under Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court. Leave granted.
