These are the applications for relaxation of condition (a) imposed upon the Applicants while releasing them on bail. By the said condition, the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on their executing PR Bond of Rs.2,00,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. The learned Counsel for the Applicants submitted that Trial Court has also permitted them to furnish cash bail in lieu of sureties for a period of one month. He submitted that despite of putting their best efforts, the Applicants are unable Sneha Chavan 1/2

27 appln 729-17 wt 730-17=.doc to get one or two solvent sureties in the like amount and therefore, are unable to comply with the said condition.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the applications, the condition to furnish one or two solvent sureties is hereby relaxed and the Applicants are permitted to furnish one or more sureties to make up an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-.

Rest of the conditions imposed upon the Applicants by an Order dated 13.11.2017 are maintained and not disturbed.

Applicants have to complete the process of submitting sureties within a period of three months from today.
