DATE: JULY 27, 2022 P.C.:- 1] This Court while considering the Petition on merits has called upon the Petitioner to comply with the order passed by this court dated 02/12/2021 whereby he was directed to deposit the license fee as was directed by the authority under Section 24 of the Act. Petitioner has expressed his inability to deposit the same in view of financial hardship, so also ailment of his mother. However, this Court needs to be sensitive to the fact that Petitioner is enjoying the suit property in spite of order of eviction passed by the competent authority under Section 24 of the Act that too without paying license fees.

2] In the aforesaid backdrop, if Petitioner fails to comply with the order of deposit passed on 02/12/2021 within a period of four weeks from today, Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. ) 1/1
