By the present interim applicants, the applicant seeks amendment of writ petition to challenge Notification dated 1 October 1987. Since the writ petitions are yet to be admitted, all four interim applications are allowed.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

All four interim applications stand disposed of in above terms.

In view of amendment, the relief prayed by the petitioner by way of amendment pertains to the assignment of the Division Bench. Hence, all four writ petitions be placed before the Division Bench.
