The applicant was granted bail on medical grounds. It appears that one Advocate Mr. R. B. Bayas misled the trial Court by informing that he is going to withdraw the application filed before this Court which he did not. Bar Council shall initiate an appropriate action against Advocate Mr. R. B. Bayas. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the REKHA PRAKASH PATIL application.
