The learned Addl. Govt. Pleader states that the amount of compensation has already been deposited in the trial Court. 4.

In light thereof, the delay in depositing the amount of compensation is condoned and the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 15 January 2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibaug in LAR No. 60 of 2016 is stayed till the hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal. 5.

Liberty to the Respondents to apply for withdrawal of the amount.
