The Applicants apprehend their arrest in C.R. No.664 of 2021 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 r/w 34 of the IPC.

Heard Mr. Ritesh Thobde, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. S.V. Gavand, learned APP for the Respondent - State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties. 3.
The aforesaid crime was registered pursuant to the FIR lodged by Swati Raghunandan Dahihande. She claims that the property under Gat No. 278/1 A, near M.I.D.C. office, Hotagi Road, Solapur is owned by her husband and in-laws, who have died. She has stated that co-accused Prabha Divte and Vasant Divte had forged the will of her father-in-law with the help of the Applicants herein and the other co-accused. It is alleged that the Applicant -Rajji Ingale was bond writer with the stamp vendor. 4.
It is to be noted that co-accused against whom similar allegations are made has been granted bail. Considering the nature of accusations against these Applicants, they were granted interim protection vide order dated 09/03/2023 and 10/03/2023. Learned APP, under instructions states that pursuant to the said orders, the Applicants have reported to the Investigating Officer and 2/4
investigation as against these Applicants has been concluded except for taking specimen signature of these Applicants. 5.
Learned counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants shall report to the Investigating Official for giving specimen writing and signature.

In the light of the above, no case is made out for custodial interrogation. Hence, order dated 09/03/2023 and 10/03/2023 passed in respective applications stand confirmed. 7.
The Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer on 19/06/2023 between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and further as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.

The Applicants shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of their current address and mobile contact numbers, and / or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time. 3/4

The applications stand disposed of.
