Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners. My attention is invited to the order dated 01/08/2021 passed by the National Lok Adalat. The matter has been settled before the National Lok Adalat. The Petitioners therefore seek leave to withdraw the Petition in view of the settlement. It is pointed out by learned Counsel for the Petitioners that an amount of Rs.1,90,254/- is deposited in the Labour Court in Application (IDA) 1/2

12.wp 2359.18.doc No. 8 of 2010. The original complainant - Ramesh Nivrutti Vhatkar has been permitted to withdraw the said amount along with interest which ceases from 01/08/2021.

In this view of the matter, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The communication dated 07/08/2021 addressed to the learned Counsel for the Petitioners for withdrawal of the Petition is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. In view of the withdrawal of the Petition, interim application also stands disposed of.
