Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and the learned AGP for the Respondent-State. 2.
The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that for the same relief, petition bearing No. 5356 of 2002 was fled by the Petitioner and the same was dismissed by this Court.

Mr. Katneshwarkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes the reliefs claimed in the present writ petition were subject matter of the consideration in Writ Petition No. 5356 of 2002 fled by the Petitioner. R.V. Patil

As the similar prayers were made and considered by this Court in its order dated 17th November, 2003 in Writ Petition No. 5356 of 2002 and the prayers made were rejected, the same prayers cannot be considered again in the present writ petition. In view of that, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
