The petitioner has approached this Court again pointing out that investigation is getting delayed. In Writ Petition No.825/2017 his grievance was that FIR was not being registered.

Learned APP upon instructions states that investigation is in progress and will be over at the most within 2 months. 3.

In view of the statement made, we accept the same and dispose of the petition accordingly.
