Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 03/10/2018 passed in Bail Application No. 1816 of 2018. Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- for a period of 6 weeks. Applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that applicant has already furnished documents with regards to surety, however, verification is awaited and hence it will take some more time to execute the surety. It is therefore submitted that the facility of cash security granted by this Court be extended by period of 6 weeks to enable him to furnish surety.

In view of the submissions, facility of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 03/10/2018 is extended for period of 6 weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety, in accordance with order dated 03/10/2018 passed in Bail Application no. 1816 of 2018.

Application stands disposed of.
