The Petitioner has challenged the externment order dated 26.4.2019. The record does not show that any stay was granted to the operation of the said order. The externment order was for a period of one year. That period is already over. Therefore, nothing further survives in this Petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Petition.
