Heard the Applicant No. 1 appearing in person. This civil application appears to have been filed by the Applicant No. 1 appearing in person and his father, seeking direction on alleged ground of non-compliance of the order dated 6.10.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court, disposing of the Writ Petition No. 7854 of 2015. The applicant No. 1 asserts that various direction given by this Court have not been carried out. Hence, he has filed the present civil application. We are of the considered 1 / 2
4 - CAW. 285-19 view that the civil application in a disposed of writ petition is not maintainable. Hence, the civil application is dismissed, granting liberty to the applicants to take recourse of an appropriate remedy, that may be available in law.
