In view of the statement made by the learned A.P.P., that the police have closed the petitioner's complaint, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum/Court, in accordance with law. 2.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the contentions of the complaint, made by the petitioner, on the basis of which the police have closed the said compliant, and as such all contentions of all the parties are kept open. 4.

In view of the disposal of writ petition, nothing survives for further consideration in both the interim applications. Accordingly, both the interim applications stands disposed of. MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.
