Since the caste claim of the petitioner is pending before the Scrutiny Committee and presently the petitioner is undergoing studies for Diploma Course in Engineering having been admitted to the respondent No.4-college, interest of justice would be served if we pass the following order : (a) The Scrutiny Committee to dispose of the pending proceedings as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of three (3) months from SRP 1/2

(b) The admission of the petitioner should not be disturbed for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of the communication of the order of the Scrutiny Committee to the petitioner.

(c) In the event the caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated, he shall not be entitled to claim any equities.

(d) All contentions of both sides are kept open.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
