This is an application for modification of condition No. (iv) granted by this Court by its Order dated 12.6.2018. By the said condition the applicant was directed not to reside in Taluka Mohol till conclusion of the trial.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that coaccused Pratap Bhange was also imposed similar condition by this Court and the same has been modified by Order dated 24.10.2018 by this Court. The said co-accused now been permitted to enter the jurisdiction of Mohol Taluka and is directed to attend the Moh 3.

ol Taluka Police Station between 10.00 am. and 12.30 p.m. till framing of charge and thereafter report to the Court on every stipulated date. The said Order dated 24.10.2018 is

In view of the above, the condition No.(iv) imposed upon the applicant by Order dated 12.6.2018 is modified and the applicant herein is directed to report to Mohol Taluka Police | Station on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 12.30 noon till the framing of charge and thereafter report to the Court on every stipulated date.
