Learned counsel for the appellant submits that respondent No.1 was granted anticipatory bail by the Additional Sessions Judge, Malegaon, vide order dated 12/10/2023. It is further submitted that there is a violation of condition No.3 of the operative part of the order by respondent No.1.

In these facts, it would be appropriate for the appellant to file an application before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Malegaon, alleging the breach of condition No.3 so that appropriate orders can be passed. 3.
