The application for bail was rejected by the order dated November 22, 2022. The applicant is in custody since more than two years. Substantial counterfeit currency was seized from the applicant. However, it is pointed out that the applicant's father died a couple of days ago. The applicant could not pay the escort charges, though this Court had permitted him to attend the rituals for two days. On humanitarian ground the interim application deserves to be considered.

The applicant be released on interim bail for a period 1/2

The applicant shall report to the Mumbra police station every alternate day, between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon. 4.
