1] The grievance of the prisoner is that the evidence relevant in trial has been made to disappear by the Investigating Ofcer. The concerned case number is M.C.O.C. No. 5 of 2017. Learned APP is seeking time to fnd out fate of the MCOC case.

2] The grievance of this nature can be made in pending trial and separately it cannot be enquired.
