P.C.:- Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. By an Order dated 29th November, 2018 the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates, to join the process of investigation. It is the allegation against the Applicant that, the Applicant when was in employment of informant's company namely C.B.T. Infotech Private Limited situated at Powai Mumbai, destructed the data of employees' attendance. The allegation of theft of H.R. Data is against one Mrs. Sonal Singh. The record indicates that, the 1/2

Interim relief granted by Order dated 29th November, 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station is waived. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
