Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Investigating Officer, attached to Special Cell, Intelligence and Strategic Operations, IFSO, New Delhi, is present in Court. Learned APP submits that the interrogation of the applicant is warranted. 3.

By an order dated 30 November 2023, this Court has granted interim protection. Having regard to the nature of the allegations and the punishment which the offence under Section 420 entails, it may be expedient to direct the applicant to appear before the Investigating Officer on 11 December 2023 and grant interim protection till 16 December 2023 to facilitate the applicant to work out his remedies before the jurisdictional court.

Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer - Respondent No.2 on 11 December 2023.

(ii) The interim transit pre-arrest bail granted by this Court on 30 November 2023 shall continue to operate till 16 December 2023. (iii) The application stands disposed.
