The Applicant was granted interim relief by an Order dated 29th November, 2018 and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates to join the process of investigation.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. The record of investigation reveals that, in pursuance of Order dated 29th November, 2018 the Applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the process of 1/2

The record further indicates that the "Stridhan" mentioned in the first information report has been seized by the Investigating Agency. The custody of the Applicant is sought by the police for recovery of the said "Stridhan".
In view of the above, the interim relief granted by Order dated 29th November, 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station is waived.
