By this Civil Application, the learned Counsel wants clarification in sub-clause (a) of clause (i) of para 10 of the order dated 1.2.2018. He submits that by calculating 9% interest on the amount from December, 1995 till March, 2014, it comes to Rs.531,370/-, which is to be mentioned.

In view of the uncontroverted submissions and as the learned Counsel for the other side is not present, though served. the sub-clause (a) of clause (i) of para 10 is modified and reproduced as follows:

(a) The respondents shall pay all the outgoing charges of the Society from December 1995 till March 2014 to the appellant, whatever was paid by the appellant, with 9% interest on the said amount, which comes to Rs.531,370/-." 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
