It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that so far as prayer clause (c) is concerned, after filing of the present Writ Petition, membership has been granted to the Petitioners. However, so far as prayer clause (a) is concerned, the petitioners can take recourse to an alternate remedy, that may be available in law.
