After this matter was argued for some time, bearing in mind that the petitioner before us is a young man having completed his Bachelors Degree in Homeopathic Medical Science, desirous of working as a professional, but finding that the issue of completing the required internship is coming in his way, we suggested to both sides to find an amicable solution. We did not wish to decide any academic issue simply because an aggrieved student is before us. Now that the petitioner has completed the course and it is only a question of the internship, on our suggestion, both sides discussed,
deliberated and have arrived at an acceptable formula. We had suggested to the petitioner, if at all there is any deficit, he should complete it by 15th April, 2020, after which, the petitioner will be issued the internship certificate by the concerned college. The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences should take a sympathetic view of this case and in the circumstances peculiar to this matter, should relax the rigour of any guidelines or rule and allow the internship completion certificate to be issued to him. 2.
Both sides took time to prepare an agreed formula and the petitioner desires that he be allowed to complete the internship at respondent no.3-institution. He has informed us that the Principal of respondent no.3-institution is agreeable to the petitioner reporting for internship duties at this college and thereafter, issuing the completion certificate. The petitioner will complete the internship in respondent no.3-institute till 15th April, 2020 and within one week thereafter, the completion certificate shall be issued to him. The completion certificate as issued shall be forwarded to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (respondent no.2). Respondent no.2 thereafter should accept it and release the further certificates and documents in favour of the petitioner.

the above is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of this agreed draft. 4.
The writ petition is disposed of in the circumstances peculiar to the petitioner and this order shall not be treated as a precedent by the respondents in other cases.
