Considering the relief sought vide prayer clause (a) of the above Writ Petition, we are of the view that the above Writ Petition has turned infructuous at this point of time as the record discloses that an N.C. has been registered in respect of the incident which took place on 28/11/2017. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. However, PI Shri Bharat Ghone of Vanrai Police Station may use his good offices to see to it that the original documents of the Petitioner which are with his employer are returned to him at the earliest.
