It is not in dispute that the election programme is already announced. The election is due on 22nd December, 2017. I am thus not inclined to interfere with the election process in this writ petition. The petitioner will have a remedy to challenge the election process along with the impugned order after the results are declared. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
