The grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent No. 6 though not eligible has secured admission in PG Medical Course based on an EWS Certificate. The Petition itself discloses that Respondent No. 6 has filed a Writ Petition at the Aurangabad Bench of this Court and there are certain orders passed in favour of Respondent No. 6- the petitioner therein, in respect of the very subject matter that is admission to the PG Medical Course. That
