This is an application for condonation of delay of 58 days in filing the Appeal. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that their financial condition is poor. They are in custody since 2015. There was no coordination between the lawyer in the trial Court and the lawyer engaged in the High Court. All this has caused the delay of 58 days in filing the Appeal. 2.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, delay of 58 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. The Appeal be processed further.
