Respective Counsel, upon instructions, state that if some time is granted, they would pay reasonable costs to the Respondent No.1 - State machinery.

In this situation, we direct the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2 to pay Rs.10,000/­ each to Chief Minister Fund within two weeks from today.

Subject to such payment, in view of joint request and after considering the facts on record, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
