Learned advocate for the applicant on instructions submits that the applicant has been granted temporary bail on the basis of High Power Committee Guidelines issued due to pandemic of COVID-19. It is submitted that the application may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer application for bail as and when the applicant surrenders on expiry of the temporary bail granted to him.
