Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. 2.

By the present Writ Petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners are challenging the legality and validity of order dated 9th December 2021 passed by the Hon'ble Revenue Minister by which the Hon'ble Minister has granted stay to the implementation of order dated 13th October 2021 passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik till the final disposal of the said proceedings.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that if the 1/2

Mrs. Srivastava, learned AGP on instructions states that the said Case No.320 of 2021 pending before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister will be decided within a period of six months from today. 5.

Hon'ble Revenue Minister is requested to dispose of Case No.320 of 2021 within a period of six months from today. 6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
