By this civil application, the applicants seek recall of the order dated 13th October, 2017 by which the petition came to be dismissed for default and for restoration of the petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the applicants and having perused the civil application, I am satisfied that the order dated 13th October, 2017 needs to be recalled. Accordingly, I pass the following order : (a) Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (b) Petition to be listed as per CMIS.
