By this petition filed under section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner is seeking extension of mandate of the learned arbitrator for a period of eight weeks for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

The respondent has appeared through counsel and has no objection for the prayer made in the present petition.

This Court has perused the contents of the petition and it is found that sufficient reasons are set out therein for seeking extension of mandate of the learned arbitrator for concluding the arbitration proceedings. 4.
