Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP and learned counsel for Respondent No.2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions submitted that, Applicant wants to withdraw this Application. The learned counsel for the Applicant further submitted that, the Applicant is in jail since 2022. Yet charge has not been framed in the said matter. The Applicant is 32 years N.S. The learned APP submitted that, appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant, Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of, as Applicant is behind bar since 2022 and yet charge has not been framed. Hence, Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial as early as possible, preferably within one year from the receipt of the order.
