Perused record of investigation of Missing Complaint No. 39 of 2019. The Petitioner herein has given her statement on 24th September 2022 to the Investigating Officer of the said complaint stating that her niece Rajrajeshwari has performed marriage with Respondent No.2 and is staying at 25, Ganpati Nagar, Village Chetpet, Tiruvannamalai, State of Tamil Nadu. She has further stated that, she is no more interested in pursuing present Petition and has directed her Advocate to withdraw the same. 2.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
