The above Writ Petition has been filed for seeking directions against the Respondents for registering an FIR on the basis of the complaint/representation dated 05/01/2017 to the Superintendent of Police, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents Mrs. Purnima Kantharia informs us that the said complaint has been looked into, however, the decision arrived at by the enquiry officer has not been communicated to the Petitioner.

We, therefore, direct the Respondents to communicate the outcome of the enquiry made in respect of the Petitioner to the Petitioner within two weeks from date. It would be contingent upon the decision that lgc

(16) wp-5256.17.doc would be communicated to the Petitioner that the Petitioner can thereafter seek appropriate redressal in law. It is therefore not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. The above Writ Petition to accordingly stand disposed of.
