We are informed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that an FIR has already been registered under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 being No.06 of 2018 on 7th February, 2018. 2.

In view thereof, it is not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. We expect the Investigating Agency to take the FIR to its logical conclusion one way or the other.
