The Petitioner is a wife who had filed an Application under section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, way back in 2017. It is informed that even application for interim maintenance has not been taken up for hearing. 2.

The learned Magistrate seized of the matter is directed to expedite the hearing of the matter at the earliest and take it to its logical conclusion within a period of 10 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
