This is an application for modification of Clause 2 of the operative part of the order dated 31.7.2017 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge, Greater Mumbai below Exh. 42 in S.C.No. 512/2015. By the said order the Sessions Court has directed to furnish one local surety in the like amount. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant was directed to be released on bail on 31.7.2017, however, due to condition of one local surety the applicant is unable to furnish the local solvent surety and therefore, he is still languishing in Jail.

In view of the facts mentioned in the application, the said condition is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to furnish one or more solvent sureties in the like amount within the jurisdiction of Greater Mumbai.

Rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 31.7.2017 are maintained.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
