Perusal of the record indicates that the petition is arising out of an order dismissing petitioner's application under Section 33(5) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959 raising objection to the election of respondent no. 2. The dispute appears to be with regard to election conducted on 27th May 2017. Hence, due to passage of time the petition is rendered infructuous.
