Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is a second bail application for pre-arrest bail. The first application was withdrawn on 10 October 2023.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that in the order dated 10 October 2023, it is not mentioned that the application came to be withdrawn when the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the application. 4.

It is now clarified that the application was withdrawn as the Court was not inclined to entertain the application. There is no propriety in entertaining this application. Hence, the application stands rejected. ( N.J.JAMADAR, J. ) SSP 1/1
