We have heard learned counsel for the parties on the backdrop of the earlier order passed by this Court.

Today, Mr. Pawar, learned AGP for the State, on telephonic instructions received by him from the District Re-settlement Officer, makes a statement that an order would be passed within a period of one week from today and the same would be communicated to the petitioner. 3.
