The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 2 has placed on record the communication dated 12 April 2018, by which Application for regularization made by the Petitioners has been rejected. Therefore, now the substantive prayers in the Civil Application i.e. prayer clauses (a) and (b) will not survive. Remedy of the Applicant is to challenge the order dated 12 April 2018.

Accordingly, we dispose of the Civil Application. To enable the Applicant to take steps for challenging the said order, for a period of six weeks from today, the limited protection granted by the order dated 7 February 2018 will continue to operate. We make it clear that we have made no adjudication on merits of the order dated 12 April 2018.
