No.760/2022 registered with Dindoshi Police Station, Mumbai. 2) At the outset, learned APP submitted that after completion of investigation of present crime, Police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, (67th Court) Borivali, Mumbai on 3rd December 2022.
