This Petition was filed on 30 November 2018 making a grievance that elections of Respondent No.5-Vasantdada Patil Cooperative Sugar Factory, Deola, Nashik are not being held and the Board of the Administrative should be removed and elections be JYOTI RAJESH MANE directed to be undertaken. Further directions are sought regarding the actions of the State Authorities.
