1] Learned counsels for the petitioner and respondents, fairly concede that both these Petitions can be disposed off as withdrawn by maintaining the order of Industrial Court, Mumbai. But at the same time extending the interim stay granted by this Court for further period of three months, during which time the Industrial Court to decide the preliminary issue.

3] The Industrial Court to decide the preliminary issue as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the receipt of this order.
