The learned Advocate for Applicant has taken out present Interim Application to serve Respondent Nos.2 to 4, 6, 12 to 14 by subtitute service by way of pasting and paper publication.

As per office note, the notices issued to Respondent Nos.2 to 4, 6, 12 to 14 are returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 14/09/2023, Respondent Nos.2 to 4, 6, 12 to 14 "not found at above address".

The addresses of Respondent Nos.2 to 4, 6, 12 to 14 mentioned in the notices are same as mentioned in Appeal No.6 of 2011 in R.A.E. & R. Suit No.1005/3094 of 1985 before the learned Lower Court.

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware of any other address of Respondents.

Thus, only option left is to serve the Respondent Nos.2 to 4, 6, 12 to 14 by way of pasting and paper publication.

In turn, Interim Application No.17934 of 2023 for substitute service by way of pasting and paper publication is allowed. Issue notice to Respondent Nos.2 to 4, 6, 12 to 14. The learned Advocate for Applicant to collect the paper publication notice within 02 (two) week and submit service affidavit with paper cutout within 04 (four) weeks.
