The learned Counsel for the Petitioners/Applicants states that out of eight Petitioners, six Petitioners have already accepted the compensation by private negotiations. So far as the other two Petitioners i.e. Petitioner Nos. 6 & 7 are GRM page 1 of 2

27.WP.14023.2018.doc concerned, at this stage, they are not agreeable to accept the compensation by private negotiations. Statement is accepted. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel Mr. Yogesh Pande for the Petitioners/Applicants, the learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Mrs. M. S. Bane, AGP for Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 fairly agreed that the procedure under the provisions of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 would be followed. Statement is accepted.

The Respondents to follow the requisite provisions within the time prescribed.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the writ petition doesn't survive and therefore, stands disposed of. 6.

No order as to costs.

In view of the above, the interim application stands disposed of.
