The Appellant has filed this Interim Application No.17935 of 2023 for deleting the name of Respondent Nos.1, 5, 10 and 11 from the cause title.

On perusal of application and record, it reveals that the Respondent No.1, 5, 10 and 11 are reported to be dead. The Respondent Nos.12 to 14 are the legal heirs of Respondent Nos.10 and 11. The Respondent Nos.2 to 5 are the legal heirs of the Respondent No.1. The Respondent No.6 is the legal heir of Respondent No.5. As such, the legal representatives of deceased Respondent Nos.1, 5, 10 and 11 are already on record. Therefore, the Appellant prayed to delete the names of Respondent Nos.1, 5,

10 and 11 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application. In such circumstances, Interim Application No.17935 of 2023 is allowed.

The Appellant is permitted to delete the names of Respondent No.1, 5, 10 and 11 from the cause title by adding the word delete. The Appellant shall carry out amendment within 02 (two) weeks (excluding Christmas Vacation).
